Camille Youngblood is an associate in the firm's private capital transactions group. She focuses her practice on representing private equity firms and strategic investors in mergers and acquisitions, minority investments and divestitures across a broad range of industries. Camille also regularly advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on general corporate governance matters.

During law school, Camille served as a student attorney in Harvard Defenders, externed in the Dorchester Division of the Boston Municipal Court, and co-founded Harvard Law School’s First Class student organization. Before attending law school, Camille worked as a corporate paralegal in another global law firm.
