Dielai Yang joined Ropes & Gray's litigation department in 2018.
During law school, Dielai externed in the chambers of Hon. Gerard Lynch on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She was also a member of Family and Incarceration clinic where she taught advocacy skills to incarcerated mothers at a women's prison to help them preserve parental rights and achieve family reunification. Additionally, Dielai served as the annual conference co-chair for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She was also a Staff Editor at the Columbia Journal of Asian Law.
Before law school, Dielai worked as a full-time research associate at Harvard Business School and interned in the Economic Crimes division of San Francisco District Attorney's Office.
