Young Sik Yoon
Associate
Young is an associate in the firm’s asset management group. Young regularly represents private fund sponsors in connection with a variety of transactional and regulatory matters, including fund formation, regulatory compliance, governance and other ongoing matters. Young also frequently represents institutional investors in connection with their investment in private funds, including buyout funds, hedge funds, venture funds, natural resources and energy funds as well as co-investment vehicles. Young also has experience in representing strategic investors and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and other strategic transactions.
