Adam M. Zuro

Associate

Adam Zuro is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s strategic transactions practice group. He regularly advises clients on intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities matters in a wide array of transactions. Adam works with clients in a variety of industries including information technology, life sciences, financial services, private equity and digital media.

During law school, Adam was a student attorney in Boston University’s Technology Clinic, advising BU and MIT students on issues related to technology, computing and cybersecurity. Adam also worked for a Los Angeles-based startup and as an articles editor for the Boston University Law Review.

Experience

  • Advises clients in the life sciences industry on a variety of matters concerning licensing, development, collaboration and co-commercialization agreements.
  • Advises clients on intellectual property matters in connection with investments in and acquisitions of companies in consumer products, retail, technology, software, life sciences, media and other sectors. 
  • Represented Dragoneer Growth Opportunities Corp. in its business combination with CCC Information Services Inc., a transaction with an equity value of $5.7 billion.
  • Represented the underwriters in the initial public offerings of TPG Pace Tech Opportunities Corp. and TPG Pace beneficial Finance Corp. for a combined offering of $800 million.
  • Represented Foghorn Therapeutics Inc. in its $120 million initial public offering.
