Daniel (Dan) M. Zuckerman

Daniel Zuckerman joined the tax & benefits department as an associate in 2013. Daniel focuses his practice on partnership tax, international tax (including with respect to the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, or FATCA, provisions) and Federal and state tax controversy matters. He regularly advises private investment fund managers and investors on the formation and operation of private equity and hedge funds. Daniel also represents clients in IRS administrative and court proceedings involving estate, gift and income tax matters.
During law school, Daniel won the 2012 Sidney I Roberts prize for tax writing.
