Jianing (Jenny) Zhang

Jianing (Jenny) Zhang joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2022. 

While at Harvard Law School, Jenny served as the speakers editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology and the professional development chair for the Harvard Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Jenny was also a project leader for the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project and a research assistant to Professor Henry E. Smith for his work on the Restatement (Fourth) of Property. 

Prior to law school, Jenny worked in a medical research lab.
