Lawrence Zmerega

Lawrence Zmerega joined Ropes & Gray’s asset management group in 2022. Lawrence focuses on assisting independent directors and investment advisers of registered investment companies (including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and closed-end funds) with regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.
Prior to law school, Lawrence worked in the accounting and finance consulting space where he advised clients on various financial reporting, asset allocation, and operational matters. Lawrence holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Illinois.
