Yunting Zhou
Senior Legal Consultant
Yunting Zhou is a senior legal consultant in Ropes & Gray’s corporate department and is based in the firm's Shanghai office. Yunting’s practice focuses on providing advices on regulatory and compliance matters under PRC law to a wide range of health care clients, including pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers. She also participates in investment projects and assists investors in conducting regulatory due diligence to figure out legal risks of investment targets.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, she worked at the Shanghai office of another leading international law firm, where she participated in several IPO projects and conducted due diligence on different legal issues of the applicants. Yunting passed the New York State Bar and the PRC Bar exam.
