Brigid Hurley has extensive experience representing U.S. and international institutional investors in a broad range of alternative investments, including investments in private equity funds, credit funds, hedge funds, separately managed accounts, real estate funds, continuation vehicles and co-investments. She also advises clients with respect to their roles on investor advisory committees of the funds in which they invest. In addition, Brigid has been involved in the ongoing representation of private investment funds.

Brigid has a background in tax and employee benefits. This foundation contributes to her commercially-minded and pragmatic approach in navigating and negotiating tax-driven structuring issues and the economic aspects of private investments. Brigid’s clients include a range of fund of funds, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, pensions funds, private foundations, family offices and university endowments.
