Abraham Lee is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s Litigation and Enforcement practice group. Abraham has developed a broad litigation practice representing major multi-national companies and high net-worth individuals at the trial and appellate level involving matters concerning antitrust issues, civil and criminal government enforcement, and complex commercial disputes. He also maintains an active pro bono practice advocating for immigrants’ rights.

During law school, Abraham was an articles editor in NYU's Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. He also participated in the Pro Bono Scholars Program, where he helped represent under-privileged children gain access to education.

Prior to attending law school, Abraham was a member of the U.S. National Team in Taekwondo, where he represented Team USA in the Men’s Featherweight Division at the World University Taekwondo Championships.

  • Member of the litigation team representing Google in the United States v. Google (D.D.C.) monopolization suit, which has earned Ropes & Gray recognition for ‘Behavioral Matter of the Year’ in 2022 by Global Competition Review.
  • Represented a multinational medical technology corporation in an SEC investigation into its accounting policies and practices.
  • Represented a global investment bank in response to several third party subpoenas.
  • Conducted an internal investigation for a multinational pharmaceutical industry company following accusations of potential corrupt practices involving former foreign officials.
  • Assisted in the representation of a major pharmaceutical company in its affirmative claim for declarative relief against the government in the Southern District of New York and on appeal in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
  • Assisted in the representation of a former private equity firm executive in parallel criminal and civil securities fraud proceedings by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and SEC.
