Last month, Ropes & Gray – in conjunction with leading law firms across Europe – introduced its CSRD Transposition Tracker, which describes Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive developments across the 27 EU member states and three EEA EFTA countries.
This updated edition of the Tracker includes information and developments as of December 31, 2023. As indicated in the Tracker, December was an active month for transposition, as EU member states have begun to adopt national legislation giving effect to the CSRD. This Tracker update also includes additional commentary from the participating law firms.
The Tracker can be downloaded here.
