The Health Care group of the Corporate Department is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our nationally recognized health care practice. Ideal candidates will have two to five years of broad transactional and regulatory experience in health care law. The ideal candidate would have a good working knowledge of Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, fraud and abuse compliance issues, HIPAA/HITECH privacy and security, managed care contracting, hospital/physician contracting and relationships including employment and practice acquisition.
Our lawyers provide advice on complex regulatory and compliance issues, assist with the structuring and negotiation of transactions, represent clients in government audits and investigations, implement a variety of contractual arrangements, and counsel clients on the full range of legal issues affecting the health care industry.

Litigation & Enforcement Mid-level Antitrust Associate
The Antitrust group of the Litigation & Enforcement department of Ropes & Gray LLP is seeking an experienced mid-level associate with 3-5 solid years of experience to join the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Candidates must have mergers & acquisitions/conduct investigation experience. Experience at the Federal Trade Commission and/or the Department of Justice-Antitrust Division is highly valued. IP Litigation Associate
The Intellectual Property Litigation practice group is seeking two mid-level associates classes of 2014-2016 to join our Boston, New York, Washington, D.C., or Silicon Valley offices. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering (may consider mechanical engineers), Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry or a Biological Science, and/or Materials Science, as well as intellectual property experience. Advanced degrees a plus. USPTO registration is also a plus, but not required. Applicants must have excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. Superlative academic and large law firm experience is preferred.
