The Antitrust Group of Ropes & Gray LLP is seeking a Washington, DC based, mid-level (2 to 4 years) associate with experience working on substantive antitrust matters, including second requests issued by the antitrust enforcement agencies. The ideal candidate will have experience in the antitrust aspects of mergers & acquisitions work. Responsibilities include collaboration in leading antitrust work in connection with antitrust investigations, including merger and non-merger governmental investigations, and related litigation.
As a member of our Antitrust Group, you will practice alongside some of the most recognized attorneys in the profession. Our group includes experts from the DOJ, FTC and former prosecutors.
