Our London office - an integral part of Ropes & Gray’s global offering - has been developed to meet the needs of the firm’s sophisticated fund and investor client base, alongside corporate clients across a range of industries including life sciences, healthcare, financial services, asset management and TMT. Our office features an international team of lawyers – from 15 countries and speaking more than 32 languages – that provides our clients with a full service of transatlantic law capabilities coupled with an in-depth understanding of the market in the UK, Europe and Asia. Our team additionally has strong and long-standing relationships with leading local firms across the EMEA region.

The culture of the firm is very friendly and everyone in the office is approachable and willing to help if you have a problem. It is a cliché but there really is no face time culture and if you have no work to do you are not expected to be in the office late. I also feel that I have a more significant role in deals than my counterparts at other firms and am trusted to progress matters.

The firm’s commitment to diversity and the fact that the London office is so diverse with people from different parts of the world make the firm and the office a fascinating place to work.
