Our firm’s work involves complex cross-border transactions, requiring our lawyers to have an in-depth understanding of the legal and business requirements of multiple jurisdictions. The London office complements our firm's traditional core strengths, while retaining the flexibility to identify and react to any future market needs.
In 2011, Ropes & Gray began its recruitment programme in London and successfully recruited the first class of trainees, who qualified as associates in 2013, achieving a 100% retention rate. Since then we have recruited additional trainees taking the total to between 12 and 14 each year.
