The Private Fund Investment Advisers Registration Act of 2010 will require all U.S. hedge fund advisers with greater than $150 million in assets under management to register with the SEC, and will impose certain new recordkeeping, reporting and fund offering requirements on hedge fund advisers. This presentation will address changes to investment adviser registration rules, describe the adviser registration process, and consider the impact of the Act on all hedge fund advisers.
