On Oct. 24, litigation partner Doug Meal spoke at the second annual Hotel & Lodging Legal Summit in Washington, D.C., presented by the American Hotel & Lodging Association and Georgetown Law CLE. Mr. Meal served as a speaker on a panel entitled “‘Privacy Please!’ An Overview of How Data Privacy Law Governs Hotels’ Collection and Use of Guests’ Information” and offered advice to hotel operators on complying with privacy laws and responding to allegations of noncompliance.
