Ropes & Gray’s digital health group sponsored and organized a panel at Rock Health’s Digital Health CEO Summit on March 30 in San Francisco. Ropes & Gray organized the main stage panel event at the summit, titled “Navigating Regulatory and Privacy Issues in the Digital Health World.” Intellectual property transactions partner Jim DeGraw (San Francisco) moderated the panel, and life sciences partner Al Cacozza (Washington, D.C.) spoke on it, along with fellow panelists George Savage, co-founder, Proteus Digital Health; Alexander Grunewald, global head, healthcare innovation investment strategy, Johnson & Johnson; and Vijay Patel, director of strategic partnerships and digital innovation, CVS Health.
The Digital Health CEO Summit is an annual invitation-only event that brings together CEOs from top digital health companies for an afternoon of panels, roundtables and candid conversations. Attendees included contacts from Boehringer Ingelheim, Blue Shield of California, Genentech and GNS Healthcare, as well as many digital health start-ups.
