President Trump has signaled, in both public statements and through the issuance of executive orders, that his administration will seek to reduce regulation in core industries and pursue environmental, financial, health and other policies that are generally perceived to be favorable to corporations. Yet the Trump administration may find that eliminating regulations and unwinding formal agency actions will be more difficult than modifying how rules are interpreted or implemented through enforcement actions. While it is too early to determine exactly what steps the new administration will take, it is clear that the regulatory landscape will remain in flux throughout 2017 and beyond.
This webinar, hosted with Risk Assistance Network + Exchange (RANE), will explore this topic from multiple perspectives and provide insights into the regulatory environment and the implications for your firm.
