Health care partner Deborah Gersh (Chicago) will co-chair the “Health Privacy and Security Intensive Day” seminar on Oct. 4 at the Privacy & Security Forum in Washington, D.C. with Jennifer Archie, partner at Latham & Watkins and Adam Greene, partner at Davis Wright Tremaine.
The full-day seminar will be held at the George Washington University Marvin Center. Ms. Gersh will address topics including data aggregation as a key component of value-based health care, which rewards providers based on the quality of care delivered, rather than the number of procedures performed.
