Chicago-based Government enforcement partner Laura Hoey and health care counsel Alison Fethke spoke at the Pharmaceutical Compliance Forum’s (PCF) Midwest regional meeting in Lake Forest, Ill. on Sept. 19, providing the “Antitrust Admonition and Enforcement Update.”
They will also speak at the PCF-sponsored 18th Annual Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Compliance Congress in Washington, D.C. on Nov. 7 to an audience of compliance professionals, regulators, lawyers and industry consultants. Ms. Hoey will speak on a panel discussing “Enforcement Trends, Risk Assessments and Best Practices for Patient Assistance and Reimbursement Support,” while Ms. Fethke will serve as a panelist addressing “Compliance in the Transactional Context: Agreements, Due Diligence, Integration and Post-Transaction Step.” Washington, D.C.-based life sciences partner Kellie Combs will speak on a panel discussing “Recent FDA Guidance on Manufacturer Communications.”
