Panelists discussed trends and litigation in U.S. and international forums to compare how various jurisdictions address these issues. The panel included experienced U.S., Canadian, and German in-house and outside counsel.
The American Bar Association’s Section of International Law focuses on the development of policy in the international arena, the promotion of the rule of law, and the education of international law practitioners.
