Litigation & enforcement partner Ryan Rohlfsen will present at ACI’s Foreign Corrupt practices Act (FCPA) Conference in Washington D.C., November 29 through December 1.
Ryan will discuss new resources being devoted to anti-corruption efforts by the Department of Justice (DOJ), and how the Biden administration has made good on its pledge to crack down on corporate crime, as part of the panel “The New Realities of Corporate and Individual Liability Risks: Defense Counsel Perspectives on the DOJ’s Enforcement Posture and the Path Ahead.”
Ryan previously served as a federal prosecutor with the DOJ. At Ropes & Gray, Ryan co-chairs the global anti-corruption and international risk practice and represents multinational organizations and senior executives in civil and criminal investigations and litigation.
