On April 17, Hui Chen, senior advisor for R&G Insights Lab, will present on the panel: “Determining Whether your Compliance Program is Deterring Organizational Misconduct” at the 2023 Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement (PCCE). As part of NYU School of Law, the PCCE conference brings together academic and legal experts in the fields of corporate law, enforcement, and compliance to discuss corporate misconduct, effective compliance and enforcement programs and policies, and the legal challenges in the evolving global landscape.
Hui previously served as a federal prosecutor for the U.S. Department of Justice. She is a renowned expert in business ethics and compliance, with more than three decades of experience. Within R&G Insights Lab, Hui advises clients on the design, implementation, and assessment of ethics and compliance programs.
