On October 2, R&G Insights Lab senior lab consultant and behavioral scientist Caitlin Handron and the Lab’s director of operations and delivery Megan Zwiebel will present insights on designing compliance and culture surveys at SCCE 22nd annual Compliance & Ethics Institute conference in Chicago.
Caitlin and Megan will lead a discussion about key survey-building strategies including discerning the difference between a well-designed and poorly designed question; applying the principles and techniques of effective questions and survey design; and collecting rich qualitative and quantitative data, while avoiding survey fatigue.
As senior lab consultant and behavioral scientist at R&G Insights Lab, Caitlin brings a cultural psychologist's perspective to the most important challenges facing enterprises today, including risk management and measurement; the development of ethical, inclusive and innovative organizational cultures; and the design and implementation of robust diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
Both an attorney and former journalist, Megan helps clients mold disparate systems and data points into coherent, values-based narratives that can drive ethical and inclusive behaviors.
