Ryan Rohlfsen to Moderate Panel on Compliance at FoodBev Exchange Conference

On Monday, October 9, Ropes & Gray’s global anti-corruption and international risk practice co-chair Ryan Rohlfsen will moderate the panel, “Enforcement Hot Topics: The Impact of Recent Enforcement Actions on Your Compliance Program” at the FoodBev Exchange Conference.

The panel will explore enforcement hot topics with leading food and beverage counsel while sharing best practices for strengthening corporate compliance programs and practices. Topics will include: new government expectations with respect to self-disclosure, cooperation, and remediation; successor and subsidiary liability and individual liability; employees’ use of personal devices and messaging platforms; building efficient and effective compliance programs, including the use of data analytics; evolving sanctions regimes and increased sanctions enforcement; major developments in international enforcement landscape; recent domestic enforcement efforts and high-profile cases; and key risk areas for the food and beverage industry.
