On November 28, Insights Lab co-founder and managing principal Zachary Coseglia will moderate a panel, “U.S. Department of Justice Expectations: What Industry is Doing Right and Wrong on Data Analytics” at the ACI FCPA Data Analytics Conference. The panel will provide invaluable Department of Justice (DOJ) insights on the requirements and expectations for data-driven compliance and monitoring programs, including how the DOJ is defining data analytics, what they are looking for during investigations, trends in enforcement and what is considered a good-faith effort by companies.
Additionally, Insights Lab manager David Yanofsky will speakon a data collection and integrity panel called “How to Know If You Are Capturing Clean Data: Assessing Quality, Accuracy, Consistency and Relevance”. Panel members will discuss what qualifies and how to identify good, inconsistent and missing data, what is being captured accurately (and not), implementing periodic reviews and standardizing datasets across systems.
