Devin Cohen to Present at American Health Law Association’s Health Plan Law and Compliance Institute

Health care partner Devin Cohen will present at the American Health Law Association’s Health Plan Law and Compliance Institute in Chicago on May 17.

Devin will host a panel entitled “Compliance Best Practices for Risk Delegation.” He will address topics including an overview of Medicare Advantage Organization risk delegation for first tier, downstream and related entities and for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services; diligence considerations prior to contracting and legal contracting considerations; monitoring and auditing protocols and analysis of key metrics and service level agreements; advice for managing corrective actions, training, documentation and incident reporting; and implications for delegation based on regulatory and enforcement trends.
