IP litigation partners Kevin Post and Matt Rizzolo will present at the ACI Annual International Trade Commission (ITC) Litigation & Enforcement conference in Washington, D.C. on May 29–30.
Matt will present on the “Examining Congressional Reform Efforts at the ITC” panel on the pending Advancing America’s Interest Act legislation, which change the practices around domestic industry and public interest and limit non-practicing entity access to the ITC.
Kevin will speak on the “Examining the Latest Developments in Standard-Essential Patents at the ITC” panel. The panelists will analyze recent SEP case developments and understanding whether injunctive relief can be granted and explore prospects for future exclusion orders on SEPs.
