Health care partner Margaux Hall, who leads the firm’s drug pricing & price reporting group, will present at the Association for Value-Based Cancer Care Summit in New York on October 17.
Margaux will speak on a panel entitled “Legal, Regulatory and Contractual Issues When Structuring Value-Based Agreements.” The panelists will discuss topics including key regulatory considerations when designing and proposing VBAs, including antikickback safe harbors, best price reporting updates, and U.S. Food & Drug Administration requirements and state laws. The panel will also address potential challenges with structuring VBAs and new Centers for Medicare and Medicaid guidance and other legislative policies.
The invitation event includes more than 800 senior executives representing the full range of cancer care including health care payers, drug developers, cancer centers, health delivery systems, specialty pharmacies, oncology physicians and nurses, and health care policy leaders, among others.
