Anti-corruption and international risk co-chair Ryan Rohlfsen will be speaking at the opening session of the American Conference Institute (ACI) FCPA & Anti-Corruption for the Life Sciences Industry conference.
On May 7, Ryan will conduct a fireside chat with Jean-François Bohnert, Chief Public Prosecutor and Director of France’s National Financial Prosecution Office (PNF). Ryan and Jean-François will discuss the new International Anti-Corruption Prosecutorial Taskforce formed by the PNF, the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland (OAG), and the UK’s Serious Fraud Office (SFO), including how the Task Force plans to coordinate future anti-corruption enforcement efforts and the implications this could have on the life sciences industry.
