Ropes & Gray finance partner Leonard Klingbaum will serve as a moderator at the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Conference (BRC25), presented by the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA). The conference will be held from June 4-7 in Newport Beach, California.
Leonard’s panel, titled “Navigating Uncertainty – Liability Management and Liquidity Solutions,” will take place on June 7. The panel will explore liability management transactions and liquidity solutions available to stressed and distressed companies, focusing on the financial, legal, and tax implications.
The panelists include Sibyl Kavak, a managing director at Blue Torch Capital; Howard Steinberg, a managing director at Alvarez & Marsal; and Esam Saidmuratov, a director at Paceline Equity Partners.
