Margaux Hall, Eve Brunts and Alison Fethke Present at Medicaid Drug Rebate Program Summit

Health care partners Margaux Hall and Eve Brunts and health care counsel Alison Fethke will present at the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program Summit in Chicago on September 16 on the panel entitled “Direct to Consumer Commercialization Models Market Access Considerations.”

Margaux Hall will also be speaking on the “Fireside Chat: External Counsel Roundtable Part II” panel on September 17.

Pharmaceutical manufacturers and third parties are increasingly adopting consumer-directed health care initiatives focused on giving patients enhanced choices and access to health care. These initiatives may offer consumers one stop access to prescription drugs through cash-pay discount drug programs that operate outside of insurance and may include telehealth prescribing and online pharmacies.

The panelists will address topics including identifying trends and common structures in consumer-directed health care initiatives; providing an overview of potential legal considerations; examining recent government scrutiny and enforcement actions, and options to mitigate implementation risk.
