As the landscape evolves under the Trump administration, the roundtable will examine recent key developments, anticipated policy shifts, and practical business implications.
Panel presentations will explore topics including:

- Current and anticipated enforcement activity and how life sciences companies can effectively mitigate risk
- Practical strategies for navigating increased uncertainty and addressing complex regulatory challenges in today’s dynamic environment
The panels will be moderated by partner Kellie Combs, chair of the firm’s global life sciences regulatory and compliance practice group and co-head of the digital health initiative, life sciences regulatory and compliance partners Greg Levine and Josh Oyster and health care partner David Peloquin.
The regulatory roundtable panels will be hosted at Catalyst in Cambridge, MA from 3:30-5:30 p.m. followed by a reception from 5:30-7:00 p.m.
