Leonard Klingbaum to Moderate Debtwire Restructuring Forum Panel on LMEs

Finance and special situations partner Leonard Klingbaum will moderate a panel titled “The Shifting Landscape of LMEs” at the Debtwire Restructuring Forum in Miami on December 9.

The panel will discuss:

• The factors contributing to increased LME activity
• The evolution of the U.S. market over the past few years
• The associated risks and limitations of using LMEs
• The shifting discussion on LMEs post-Serta
• Case studies and the market outlook
