Life sciences regulatory and compliance associate Rebecca Williams will present at the American Conference Institute’s 13th Annual Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Forum on Cosmetics & Personal Care Products on March 12 in New York.
Rebecca will speak on the panel “Cosmetics in the Crosshairs: FDA, MoCRA, and the New Federal Regulatory Landscape.” The presenters will examine how the “Make America Health Again” policy agenda may impact cosmetics. Speakers will also discuss the “Safer Beauty Bill Package” that aims to address gaps in The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA), as well as risk management strategies to navigate pending rules and enforcement risks.
