Banking partner Mark Nuccio was quoted in a Dec. 10 Reuters article, republished in the Chicago Tribune, discussing the recently adopted final Volcker rule, which will clarify the definition of a hedge or private equity fund under the provision restricting banks from taking an ownership stake in those funds. In the article, Mr. Nuccio notes, “There were some successful efforts to deal with some unintended overreaching aspects of the proposed regulation."
