Intellectual property litigation partner Robert Goldman (Silicon Valley) spoke at the 23rd Annual Fordham IP Law & Policy Conference in Cambridge, U.K. on April 8-9. The conference was attended by over 300 lawyers, judges, government officials and academics from five continents. Mr. Goldman spoke as part of panel on recent developments in U.S. patent law, including a presentation on the Supreme Court’s January 2015 decision in Teva v.
