Ropes & Gray’s philosophy and culture of teamwork, and collaboration are the factors that have led the firm to place among BTI Consulting Group’s Client Service 30 list for a fifth time, according to Sarah Davidoff, a co-lead of the firm’s client teaming initiative and partner in the hedge funds practice. Ms. Davidoff’s comments were featured in Law360’s Dec. 9 piece (subscription required) on BTI’s annual survey, which ranks the top 30 law firms on client service. The firm scored high marks from general counsel clients for “being committed to helping them succeed.” Ms. Davidoff highlighted that client service is “part of our DNA,” and is “communicated by word and by example throughout the firm so that our focus on clients is ingrained in everything we do.”
