Investment management partner Mark Nuccio and finance counsel Patricia Lynch (both of Boston) re quoted in an article titled “How the Volcker Rule could have succeeded” published by IFLR that discusses an assessment by U.S. legal practitioners of the Volcker Rule a year after its implementation. The article was published on March 28. According to the article, legal practitioners “wish [the Volcker Rule] had been crafted with better definitions, fewer authors, and a better sense of the potential impact on securitization, market liquidity and shadow banks.”
