Ropes & Gray advised Symmetry Surgical Inc., a publicly traded medical devices provider, in its sale to RoundTable Healthcare Partners, for $13.10 per share in cash, representing a 26 percent premium above Symmetry’s closing price on April 29. The transaction was announced May 2 and is expected to close in the late second or early third quarter of 2016.
