Intellectual property litigation partner Peter Brody (Washington, D.C.) was quoted in the Wall Street Journal’s Risk & Compliance Journal May 13 article on the Defend Trade Secrets Act. Mr. Brody explained that as a result of the DTSA law that President Obama signed businesses will be more concerned with identifying and protecting their own trade secrets, and they will be incentivized to devote more resources to that objective.
