Ropes & Gray represented Ensono in its acquisition of Attenda, a leading U.K.-based pure-play provider of critical applications and hybrid IT managed services.
Headquartered in greater Chicago, Ill., Ensono is a leading provider of progressive IT solutions that helps organizations operate and optimize their IT infrastructure. The addition of Attenda will extend Ensono’s reach to support its clients’ global operations, and strengthens its offerings across public cloud, dedicated infrastructure and mainframe to meet the demands of its growing global client base.
The transaction was announced Sept. 13.
The London-based Ropes & Gray team advised Ensono on the acquisition of Attenda, while Goodwin Procter advised Ensono on financing for the acquisition. Attenda was represented by Travers Smith.
