Bloomberg BNA Medical Devices Law & Industry Report on October 26 quoted life sciences partner Gregory Levine (Washington D.C.) on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) new online complaint reporting process to submit allegations of regulatory misconduct related devices.
Mr. Levine predicts that with the website the FDA may find itself flooded with low quality, unsubstantiated allegations that will create an unproductive distraction for the agency and medical device manufacturers.
