Ropes & Gray acted as a legal adviser to Lantheus Holdings, Inc. in its public secondary offering of 3,000,000 shares of common stock to be offered by certain of its existing stockholders pursuant to a shelf registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Form S-3. Pursuant to the offering, which was announced June 14, the selling stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from the sale of their shares.
