Health care partner Tom Bulleit (Washington, D.C.) was quoted in a Sept. 26 Law360 article on the latest Senate failure to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).
Mr. Bulleit anticipates a low chance of further health insurance repeal efforts this year. He notes that bipartisan efforts to repair Obamacare might include the use of health savings accounts and continued federal subsidies for cost-sharing reductions to health insurance companies.
