Life sciences partner Katherine Wang (Shanghai) was quoted in a Sept. 8 Medtech Insight article on revisions to China’s 2002 medical device classification catalogue that will take effect on Aug. 1, 2018, and are expected to have major impact on medical device registration.
Ms. Wang explains that companies operating in China should review their medical technology products against the new catalogue and create transition plans before the reclassification takes effect.
