As temperatures drop in the northeast, many Boston area children are without the warm coats and accessories they need to withstand Boston’s harsh weather.
As part of firm’s ongoing commitment to the Bundle Up Project, volunteers from the Boston office donated coats, hats and mittens to 761 children at 18 shelters in the Boston area. The firm raised over $17,000 in donations as part of this year’s efforts. Additionally, 37 children were supported by two partner organizations, Capital One and Hamel Marcin Dunn Reardon & Shea, PC.
A portion of the clothing was wrapped up by volunteers in the Boston office during the Dec. 6 Packing Party, and all of the donations were delivered to shelters throughout the week.
