A Feb. 23 article published by Fund Directions titled “Next steps: Liquidity rule delay shakes up compliance plans” examines the impact of the SEC’s liquidity rule delay on compliance plans. Investment management partner Paulita Pike is quoted in the piece. “One of the interesting aspects of this partial delay is how each fund group’s liquidity program will function (since it still has to be in place by Dec. 1), when the categorization of assets — a critical component of it — has been delayed,” states Ms. Pike in the article.
