An ex-financial advisor is suing Stifel Financial’s group benefits plan and MetLife over the alleged wrongful termination of his disability benefits. A Dec. 13 FundFire article titled “Ex-Advisor Sues Stifel and MetLife Over Alleged ERISA Violation” includes remarks from tax & benefits partner Josh Lichtenstein.
