Asset Management Partner Joel Wattenbarger Quoted in Hedge Fund Alert’s Regulatory Roundup

In the July 24 issue of Hedge Fund Alert’s “Regulatory Roundup,” asset management partner Joel Wattenbarger discusses compliance issues surrounding the use of electronic messaging which has concerned the SEC. In the article, Mr. Wattenbarger advises that “it’s actually better to adapt new policies that reflect the reality of how people communicate, while still trying to stick to the requirements of the books-and-records rule as closely as we can.”
